Scholarship & Tuition Assistance

For the 2022-2023 school year, over $730,000 in scholarships and tuition assistance was awarded to approximately 45% of our Villa families.

Villa Madonna Academy awards merit and Benedictine scholarships, as well as tuition assistance, to make a Villa education affordable for all.

Tuition assistance is available for all registered students in the form of (1) scholarships and (2) tuition assistance. Many of the scholarships have financial need as a requirement. Tuition assistance is based entirely on need. Families may apply for scholarships, for tuition assistance, or both. Please visit your grade level Scholarship Eligibility Requirements button above to ensure you have everything necessary to qualify for scholarships. Most scholarships require the Teacher Recommendation Form.

To apply for scholarships, click Scholarship Application Form, and to apply for tuition assistance, visit FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Program. If you are already registered to use FACTS Tuition Management for monthly or quarterly payments, you may login using the same credentials.

Applications for scholarships and tuition assistance are accepted beginning in January of each year, allowing current financial information to be provided from the prior year's income tax reports. Students may apply for all scholarships for which they are eligible by completing just one application form. However, please note that different scholarships may require different types of recommendations. All Letters of Recommendation should be addressed to to the Villa Scholarship Committee in care of the Business Office at Villa.

Scholarship applications including required letters and financial need online application (if needed) must be submitted by the 1st of April each year. Please refer to your grade level Scholarship Eligibility Requirements button above for details.

Applications for tuition assistance ONLY (i.e., not applying for any scholarships) do not have a deadline. However, it is highly encouraged that applications also be submitted by April 1st to have the best chance of receiving aid.

For further information on tuition assistance, please contact the Business Office (ext. 125).
