Welcome to Physical Education Class!

Fitness and physical activity have played a large role in my life. At an early age, I was introduced to the active and healthy lifestyle which provided me many great opportunities. I look forward to helping your children develop the necessary skills to lead a healthy 21st century life!

Villa Madonna Academy Health and P.E. Syllabus

Health and Physical Education is a yearlong course for Kindergarten through 6th Grade that meets one day a week. Health lessons are taught to encourage students to develop and practice healthy lifestyles that include proper nutrition, emotional and physical well being, and a positive self-image. Physical Education lessons will explore movement and fitness concepts, coordination, cooperation/teamwork, and sportsmanship.  All lessons will be designed to develop the necessary skills to lead a healthy 21st century lifestyle.
